Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee on unused, un-engraved items in their original packaging.
  • Returns must comply with federal health and safety regulations — items that have held cremated remains cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the product itself. We truly understand how meaningful this item is to you during such a difficult time, so we aim to make the process as gentle as possible. Although your order was shipped free of charge, the original outbound shipping cost (the amount we paid to send it to you) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect item or damage on arrival). Return shipping costs (to send it back) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchanges for a different item are possible within the same eligibility period.

  • Because personalized items are permanently customized for your loved one, they cannot be returned for a refund.
  • If we make an engraving mistake, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
