How do I choose the right size?

A common planning guideline is approximately 1 cubic inch of urn capacity for each pound of body weight before cremation. If you are unsure, our Urn Size Guide explains the calculation in more detail.

Is engraving free?

Yes. Standard engraving is free on products with an engraving option. Check the product page for available options and text limits. For details or special requests, see our Personalization & Engraving page.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days from order placement, including processing and transit. For shipping to other destinations, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I return it?

Eligible unused and non-personalized products may be returned within 60 days. Personalized items and products that have held cremated remains are subject to different conditions. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.

What if the urn arrives damaged during transit?

Contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging. We may ask for photographs so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, repair, component replacement, or other suitable resolution.

Why do you include white gloves?

White Non-Slip Gloves are included with applicable orders to provide a steadier grip and help protect the urn’s finish during handling. They are part of our Ceremony Care Kit™.

Is my transaction secure?

Royal Memorials uses SSL encryption and trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions securely. All orders are completed via guest checkout. We never store your payment information.

Can I fly with this urn?

Cremated remains may be permitted for air travel, but screening and airline rules vary. Lighter materials such as wood are generally easier to X-ray, so always check current TSA and airline guidance before traveling.
