Royal Memorials was founded with a clear belief: memorial objects should be made with care, restraint, and lasting purpose.

We create cremation urns, cremation jewelry, and memorial keepsakes for families looking for something dependable, thoughtfully considered, and appropriate for a deeply personal moment.

Our approach is guided by clarity, care, and restraint. We believe a memorial product should serve its purpose quietly, without adding unnecessary complexity or uncertainty for the family choosing it.

Customization and engraving are offered where they add meaning, while clear product information and straightforward expectations remain central to the experience.

How We Design and Make Our Memorial Products

Royal Memorials combines product design with hands-on manufacturing experience. We operate our own woodworking facility in China, where our wooden cremation urns—including our solid walnut collections—are developed and produced to Royal Memorials standards.

Across other specialized product categories, manufacturing is incorporated into the same Royal Memorials quality system and oversight process. This allows us to maintain consistent expectations across the collection while working with the different materials and production disciplines each product requires.

Our role extends beyond selecting finished products. We develop collections, review specifications, establish requirements, and determine whether a product meets the standards expected under the Royal Memorials name.

Our manufacturing capabilities also support selected OEM and ODM projects for business partners, while Royal Memorials remains focused on serving individual families through our own collections.

A Note from the Founder

Royal Memorials grew from a question that became more important after a loss within my own family: what should remembrance look like when the ceremony is over and daily life continues?

My understanding of remembrance has been shaped by personal experience, years of research, conversations with families and people across the funeral and memorial profession, and continued engagement with product design, craftsmanship, and manufacturing.

Those experiences reinforced something I had already begun to feel: families are often asked to make important memorial decisions at a time when they may have little experience comparing products, understanding options, or knowing what questions to ask.

Royal Memorials was built around the idea that this process should be clearer. The goal is not to overwhelm families with choices or persuasion, but to provide dependable products, straightforward information, and support that respects the moment.

Royal Memorials remains actively engaged with the wider funeral and memorial community through conversations with families, craftspeople, manufacturers, funeral professionals, industry organizations, and people working across different markets and traditions.

They also give us opportunities to compare perspectives, challenge assumptions, and consider how memorial products can better serve the people who ultimately use them.

Products are also reviewed before shipment through our White Glove Inspection™ process. For selected memorial products, we include a complimentary Ceremony Care Kit™ with practical items such as protective gloves, masks, a secure containment bag, and fastening ties to help families prepare for handling and transferring cremated remains.

These services are intended to reduce uncertainty around the parts of the process that families may be encountering for the first time.

Responsibility Beyond Products

We believe that remembrance should never depend on the ability to purchase.

For this reason, the team behind Royal Memorials also established and supports CQSS.org — a free, open online memorial platform intended to give people a place to preserve names, photographs, stories, and memories without cost or obligation.

CQSS.org exists as a non-commercial space and is not intended for sales, promotions, or commercial activity.

This structure is intentional. Our commercial work and our public commitment serve different purposes, with clear boundaries — allowing each to exist with integrity.

Our business brings together international marketing and customer service with production capabilities in China. This enables us to develop, inspect, and deliver cremation urns, memorial jewelry, and keepsakes for customers in international markets.

Royal Memorials is our customer-facing brand, while LAISHI DELIN LIMITED is the legal entity responsible for operating this website and its commercial activities.
