Our Return & Exchange Policy
• We offer a 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee on unused, non-personalized items in their original pristine packaging.
• CRITICAL SAFETY REGULATION: In accordance with federal health and safety regulations, any item that has been used or has held cremated remains CANNOT be accepted for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
• 100% Full Product Refund: Approved returns for eligible, unused standard items will receive a 100% refund of the full purchase price back to your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees. Return shipping costs (the postage required to send the item back to our fulfillment center) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges for a different item are possible within the same eligibility period.
Personalized & Engraved Items
• Regarding Personalized Tributes: Because a custom-engraved memorial is permanently tailored with the unique name, dates, or memories of your loved one, each piece is a bespoke, forever creation. For this reason, once crafting or personalization has commenced, these specialized orders are not eligible for our 60-day standard return policy and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
• If we make an engraving mistake, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
• Double-check spelling, dates, and personalization requests before finalizing your order to avoid errors.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• Although we take extreme care, accidents can happen during shipping.
• Our packaging is discreet and secure, with our signature Ceremony Care Kit™, to ensure both protection and privacy.

A: No. Personalized items are permanent, and any item that has been used or has held remains cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations. We replace manufacturing or text mistakes immediately, free of charge.

A: Contact us with photos immediately. Providing clear photos of the damage, packaging, and an unboxing video will help us resolve the issue quickly and smoothly. We will replace it at no cost.
