Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed through this website where online purchasing functionality is available. This website and its online commercial activities are operated by LAISHI DELIN LIMITED, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. In these Terms, “Royal Memorials,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LAISHI DELIN LIMITED in its capacity as the operator of this website and the contracting seller.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Products

Royal Memorials offers memorial and commemorative products intended solely for remembrance purposes.

Our products are not medical, psychological, religious, or therapeutic devices. No specific emotional or personal outcome is guaranteed.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other legitimate concerns.

4. Custom and Personalized Products

Many of our products are custom-made or personalized.

Once production of a personalized item has begun, modifications may not be possible.

• Modifications are not possible once artisan crafting or engraving has commenced.
• Cancellations are strictly unavailable after production begins.
• Personalized items are excluded from our standard 60-day return policy once personalization or production has begun, except where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, Royal Memorials personalization error, shipping damage, or another issue covered by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details prior to order submission.

5. Shipping and Delivery

International shipping is available to supported destinations. Availability, delivery times, customs requirements, and shipping terms may vary by destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events or force majeure

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible returns are handled in accordance with that policy, including applicable return-shipping responsibilities, refund conditions, personalized-item restrictions, and procedures for damaged or incorrect orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, product photography, and designs, is owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

All intellectual property is protected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Memorials shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Memorials harmless from claims arising out of misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for any misuse or violation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws applicable in the customer’s place of residence.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
