Royal Memorials ships cremation urns, memorial jewelry, keepsakes, and other memorial products with tracking and discreet protective packaging. Standard shipping is currently free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union member countries, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Most orders are currently dispatched from our fulfillment operations in China and delivered through international carriers. Shipping to additional destinations may also be available, but we ask customers outside our primary supported markets to contact us before ordering so availability, cost, and delivery requirements can be confirmed.

Order Processing & Inspection

Before dispatch, eligible memorial products go through our White Glove Inspection™ process. We review the product condition, finish, structure, personalization where applicable, and packing preparation before the order leaves our facility.

Most standard orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the product and the work involved.

For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union member countries, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, standard international delivery generally takes approximately 5–10 business days from order placement, including processing and transit.

Actual transit time can vary because of destination, carrier routing, customs clearance, local delivery networks, weather, holidays, and remote-area service. Military addresses and certain remote locations may require additional time.

If your order is needed for a funeral, memorial service, or another time-sensitive occasion, we recommend allowing additional time and contacting us before ordering if you are unsure whether the expected delivery window will work.

International Shipping Beyond Our Primary Markets

We can support delivery to many additional international destinations, but these orders require confirmation before purchase. Carrier availability, shipping cost, customs procedures, and delivery times differ considerably from country to country.

Where international shipping is available, Royal Memorials provides the shipping documentation required from our side. Destination-country customs authorities may request additional information or apply import taxes, duties, or other charges depending on local rules.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Shipping options depend on the size of the product and the carrier available for the destination.

• PO Boxes: Delivery may be available for selected memorial jewelry and small keepsake orders where supported by the carrier. Full-size urns generally require a physical street address.
• APO/FPO Addresses: Military mail delivery may be available, but transit can take approximately 2–4 weeks after dispatch depending on military routing and local handling.

Discreet & Protective Packaging

Memorial products are shipped in plain outer packaging without prominent Royal Memorials branding. This helps protect privacy while also reducing unnecessary attention to the contents of the shipment.

Internal protection is selected according to the product’s size, material, weight, and shape. Fragile or heavier urns may require different protective packing than jewelry or small keepsakes.

Applicable orders also include our Ceremony Care Kit™, which is intended to assist with the careful handling and transfer of cremated remains after the memorial item has been received.

Tracking Your Order

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take some time to appear after the shipment first enters the network.

If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, shows a delivery problem, or indicates that the package has been returned, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the available carrier information.

Customs, Remote Areas & Delivery Delays

International delivery can occasionally be delayed by customs review, carrier congestion, local holidays, weather, or remote-area routing. These events are outside the direct control of Royal Memorials, but we will provide the shipment information available to us if a delivery needs to be investigated.

For remote destinations, islands, military addresses, or locations with limited courier coverage, we recommend checking with us before ordering if timing is important.

If an Order Arrives Damaged or Has a Delivery Problem

If a memorial item arrives damaged, the package appears to have been mishandled, or there is another delivery problem, please contact Royal Memorials as soon as possible and keep the packaging and product until the situation has been reviewed.

Photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, shipping label, and product may be requested so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate next step under our applicable shipping and return policies.
