Shipping, Returns & Support

Every urn is individually inspected through our White Glove Inspection™ process before leaving our facility. We review the walnut finish, structural fit, and engraving accuracy when personalization has been selected.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. A Ceremony Care Kit is also provided by default to assist with the safe handling and transfer of ashes. The kit may be removed upon request.

Unused and non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved items are custom-made and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect or engraving error is confirmed.
