Personalization & Engraving

Each piece is created from your pet’s reference photos. You upload the photographs, and our team uses them to create a custom 3D relief portrait rather than applying a standard portrait template.

A digital preview is sent for your review before production. Revisions can be requested at this stage so that the portrait and overall layout can be adjusted before the piece is made.

There is no production before your final confirmation. This approval stage gives you an opportunity to review the proposed portrait before the manufacturing process begins.

Production time: approximately 5 business days after approval.

Each frame is made to order and individually produced. We focus on accurate representation of your pet, material quality, and a clean overall layout before production is completed.

Each item is individually inspected through our White Glove Inspection™ process before shipment. We review the brass portrait, walnut frame, structural condition, and overall finish to help ensure the completed piece matches the approved design.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. Because this frame is personalized and made to order, it cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started unless a manufacturing defect or personalization error is confirmed.
