Royal Memorials Shipping Coverage: Destinations, Costs & Delivery Times

We recently received emails from two customers asking whether Royal Memorials could ship to Hong Kong and Mexico. We replied promptly to both, confirming that customers in either destination can place orders and receive delivery, with Royal Memorials covering the full cost of standard shipping.

Their questions suggested that our list of primary markets might leave some customers unsure whether they can order from elsewhere. This article explains where we ship cremation urns, memorial jewelry, keepsakes, and other memorial products, and how we arrange delivery beyond those listed markets.

Our Primary Markets Are Not Our Full Shipping Coverage

Our Shipping & Delivery for Memorial Orders page lists the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union member countries, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand as our primary markets. Orders to these destinations qualify for free standard shipping, with delivery generally taking approximately 5–10 business days from order placement, including processing and transit.

Shipping is also available to Hong Kong, Mexico, and many other countries and regions. If your destination is not listed, contact us before purchasing with your delivery address and the product you wish to order. We will check carrier coverage and confirm whether we can deliver to your address and how the shipment will be arranged.

Royal Memorials covers standard shipping costs to destinations we confirm we can serve. Any import duties, taxes, or other local charges are separate from shipping and remain subject to local requirements and the applicable order terms.

How Are Delivery Times Determined for Other Destinations?

Shipping routes and local delivery services vary by destination. Within the same country or region, cities, remote addresses, and locations with limited courier coverage may require different arrangements. The 5–10 business day estimate for our primary markets therefore does not apply to every destination.

Shipping availability and estimated delivery times depend on carrier coverage, available routes, and local delivery services. Customs clearance, holidays, weather, and delays in transit can also affect arrival times.
