Each urn is individually hand-painted rather than digitally printed. The portrait is created specifically from the photo you provide, so every finished piece is made for your pet.

• Hand-Painted Artistry: Our artist manually draws and paints your pet’s portrait directly onto the high-fire ceramic base, utilizing precise underglaze techniques.
• Personalized Back Inscription: The back of the urn features your pet’s hand-painted name and a short personal message of your choice.
• Production Time: Due to the detailed hand-painting and high-temperature firing process, each order requires 10 working days to complete from the date photo details are confirmed.

Shipping, Returns & Support

Every pet urn passes through our White Glove Inspection™ protocol prior to packaging to verify ceramic integrity, glaze finish, portrait accuracy, and lid closure.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. Packages are delivered in plain, unbranded outer boxes to ensure full privacy and security.

Unused, non-personalized standard products may be returned within 60 days. Please note that custom hand-painted urns cannot be returned once production has begun unless damaged during transit.
