The pendant separates at its threaded center to provide access to the internal chamber, with a rubber gasket fitted at the connection to help maintain a secure closure after filling.

For routine care, wipe the pendant with a soft cloth and check that the two threaded sections remain firmly joined after the chamber has been filled. Remove the necklace before showering, swimming, exercising, or prolonged exposure to moisture to help protect the polished surface, threaded connection, and gasket.

Engraving is not offered on this pendant. Its exterior is continuously curved from top to bottom, and the central seam forms part of the opening mechanism rather than an engraving boundary.

The small heart detail is the only decorative element on the polished body, so the necklace is supplied without additional names, dates, photographs, or custom markings.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. Orders are delivered in plain, unbranded outer packaging for a discreet delivery experience.

Unused and unworn items in their original condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Because this necklace is designed to hold cremated remains or another personal keepsake, items that have been worn or used to hold ashes cannot be returned.
