A Tapered Solid Walnut Cremation Urn

The Vatican Legacy Memorial Urn is crafted from solid walnut in an elongated, tapered form inspired by the simplicity of traditional wooden funeral coffins. Its flat top, angled sides, and unadorned surfaces give the design a recognizable profile, with natural walnut grain visible across the exterior.

The urn holds 250 cubic inches of cremated remains, providing a larger adult capacity than a standard 200-cubic-inch urn. Rather than using a conventional screw-fastened bottom panel, it features a pull-out base secured with a single screw. This provides access to the ashes chamber from underneath the urn.

Complimentary laser engraving is available on the flat top surface for a name, memorial dates, or a short personal message.

Personalization & Engraving

Custom laser engraving is available on the top surface of the urn for names, dates, or a personal message. The engraving area accommodates up to three lines of text, and an optional engraved image or symbol may be added above the text according to your selection.

We provide complimentary laser engraving for every urn, with no additional fees or per-character charges. Four engraving finishes are available: Natural Etch, Black Fill, Gold Fill, and Silver Fill.

Each engraving is reviewed for alignment and clarity before production. The placement on the top surface keeps the personalized details integrated with the urn’s tapered form while leaving the surrounding walnut surface visible.

Shipping, Returns & Support

Every urn is individually inspected through our White Glove Inspection™ process before leaving our facility. We carefully review the walnut finish, structural fit, bottom pull-out base, and engraving accuracy when personalization has been selected.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. A Ceremony Care Kit is also provided by default to assist with the safe handling and transfer of ashes. The kit may be removed upon request.

Unused and non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved items are custom-made and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect or engraving error is confirmed.
