This Natural Mycelium Sailboat Pet Urn for Ashes is made from mycelium and plant-based agricultural fiber. The boat-shaped body has a naturally textured, off-white surface, with a curved sail mounted above the removable top lid.

The urn holds 15 cubic inches of cremated remains. Using the general guideline of about 1 cubic inch of urn capacity for each pound of body weight before cremation, this size may accommodate the ashes of pets weighing up to approximately 15 lb. It can also hold a portion of ashes from a larger pet. If you plan to store all of your pet’s ashes, confirm the required capacity with your cremation provider before ordering.

The blank sail provides space to write your pet’s name, a date, or a short message. The top lid lifts off to provide access to the interior chamber.

Designed for ground burial, the mycelium and plant-fiber material gradually biodegrades in soil. The rate of decomposition depends on environmental conditions, including moisture, temperature, and soil activity. Keep the urn in a dry indoor location until it is ready for burial.

Instead, the sail provides a dedicated space for personalisation. You can write your pet’s name, add a date, or leave a short handwritten message before burial, making the tribute something created personally rather than permanently engraved.

This biodegradable pet urn is intended for ground burial. The natural mycelium and plant-based agricultural fibers are designed to break down naturally in soil over time. The handwritten sail is also expected to fade as part of this natural process.

Each urn is individually inspected through our White Glove Inspection™ process before shipment to check the structure, lid fit, and overall condition. It is then securely packaged in discreet, protective packaging to help ensure safe and respectful delivery.

Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. Unused, non-personalized products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
